- Site Plan
- Required Plans:
- Floor plan — indicating room dimensions, use of rooms, window sizes
- Foundation detail
- Elevations
- Cross Section
- Floor/wall/roof framing plan with header and beam sizes
The Building Department has many handouts to assist you in completing the required drawings.
Electrical Permit
- Address or Assessor´s Parcel Number
- Number and location of lights, switches, and outlets being installed
- Service Size and location
- Horsepower of any pumps and/or motors
Mechanical Permit
- Address or Assessor´s Parcel Number
- Manufacturer´s installation instructions for the appliance
- BTU of appliance
Plumbing Permit
- Address or Assessor´s Parcel Number
- Type of fixture
- Number of fixtures
Manufactured Home
- Address or Assessor´s Parcel Number
- Size, make, year and serial number of home
- Size of manufactured home electrical service panel
- Set-Up contractor (if applicable)
Woodstove/Pellet Stove
- Manufacturer's Installation Instructions
- Assessor's Parcel Number
